Stan Brewer Realty Management was the WORST company I ever had to deal with in a long time! Please, if you are a home owner, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STAN BREWER, unless you don’t care about your property and you don’t mind to have your property ravaged by low-life renters that get away with destroying your property and stealing basic things such as an alarm system! Stan Brewer is the most incompetent place I ever encountered in my life as they are clueless about what is going on in your own property, their communication is ZERO, and they even allow lawn mowers to work for over an year without ever pay them for at least a month of service!! Before we made the horrible decision to trust this place to manage our property in Bakersfield, we had a beautiful custom-made office desk that we chose to leave at the house for new renters, besides we also had exercise equipment and a brand-new basketball hoop, which stayed at the house as part of the property and guess what happened under Stan more

I had spoken with 4 people at Stan Brewer Property Mgmt., all giving different requirements for the same property rental in question, not to mention being treated rudely. The property I had applied for was available, I drove 4 hours 1 way to be able to view it, applied, offered to pay the owner substantially more than the asking price as it was below market rate for the area & amenities and they failed to complete the process of my application as Evelina Brewer found it on one of the staff's desk 5 days later. They tried to say they could not reach my current rental agency for history, but my agency confirmed no one has inquired as they keep records. I have a home in Bakersfield with a long term tenant in it which is why I even need to search for a rental, and I am glad use a different agency.\r What a shame for anyone who lists their property with them as they do not represent the homeowner's best interest. more

I have never been treated in such an unfeeling, uncompassionate, unprofessional and rude manner in all of my life, as I have been by stan brewer realty, namely angela! I drove from long distance to meet her and look for a place to live during my divorce. She was not there to meet me and the office knew nothing about me! When I asked for the keys to the place I was interested in, I was given the wrong keys and had to return to the office, where the keys were not found. Kent at their office, met me at the unit and climbed through the window. The keys were eventually found. I rented the place. The ac was not working and I called. They sent someone out after I threatened to sue. This was 4th of July weekend. In doing my own walkthru, I found no working toilets, holes in the wall to the outside, the front door Is split, no fireplace screen, dead bugs everywhere, and the place was a pig sty!
