Mike, Chris, Catrina and Christen all assisted me from the start to the end. I appreciated all of them and they worked hard to get my appointment set and finished. I was not an easy customer for the office officials as I don't always agree with not giving a price estimate over the phone but I understand why they don't. Chris was an awesome technician and I enjoyed talking to him. He was very approachable and friendly. He gave me straight answers and was always happy to assist where I had questions. Mike was the installer and he was very professional. I can say this as well, I have never really cared about appearances and how people looked coming to do a job until these technicians showed up. They were very clean and their uniforms were very clean and neat. They truly looked like professionals and did an excellent job. Everything was straight forward from the beginning to the end.
