The Stained Glass is one of my favorite Evanston bistros. The menu is always innovative and delicious. The wine selection is extensive. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable about both the food and wine. Overall, a wonderful experience. I recommend this restuarant to celebrate a special occassion with a loved one. The Stained Glass is one of my favorite Evanston bistros. The menu is always innovative and delicious. The wine selection is extensive.
