Dunkin Donuts 10/11/2006

When we lived in Maryland, I did go to Dunkin Donuts, not for the coffee but for donuts for the office. I knew where all of them were. When we moved Okeechobee, FL, there was Dunkin Dounts but shortly after I went there, they changed and it was a local donut shop. They were ok and even the coffee was "ok" but to me it just wasn't the same. Then we moved to Colorado Springs, CO and I've never even looked for one. I know I've see one but I couldn't tell you where it is. I like "my" coffee .. I should say "the way I make it" better than drinking it out anywhere. Seems that Starbuks are really popular here. more

    Developmentally based learning activities are individualized and flexibly created and growth of a positive self-image are fostered.

    We provide preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and summer programs. Being in the business for over 20 years, our qualified staff creates a comfortable environment in our child-centered program. We have a low student/teacher ratio, which helps focus on our developmentally based philosophy. We are non-profit and accredited by NAEYC.

    Preschool
    The preschool has a mixed age grouping that allows each child to grow at his or her own rate. In addition to individualized growth, this setting allows children of diverse gages to interact, optimizing what can be learned when children of varying ages and abilities, have opportunities to interact. All manner of diversity is encouraged in the St. Paul's Child Development Center environment.

    Pre-Kindergarten
    St. Paul's pre-kindergarten class is designed specifically for children who have completed a preschool program and can benefit from an extra year of growth and development before entering kindergarten. The pre-kindergarten meets five mornings a week, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 12 Noon. Extended hours are available.

    Kindergarten
    The kindergarten includes academic skills taught in a developmentally based individualized approach that involves all curriculum areas. A dynamic leaning environment sup port development in each area, stressing play exploration and discovery as mean for learning. Emphasis on skill building includes:

    *Fine Motor Development
    *Eye/Hand Coordination
