Hands down the best appraisal company in the St Louis area. They are very and they really know what they are doing. They are also kind, generous, wonderful people. more

My company has been working with St. Louis Appraisers for over five years now. The staff at St. Louis Appraisers is professional, friendly and always available for our phone calls. The staff of St. Louis Appraisers has always had a 24-hour turnaround. They also have FHA approved appraisers available. The St. Louis Appraisers staff is an honest up front company that believes that they are working with you as a partner as opposed to just another deal. I was impressed with the quick turnaround form this St. Louis appraiser 8/16/2007

I am a mortgage broker and need to use appraisers from all over and I found Wade and he helped me out a lot. We needed a quick appraisal - within 2 days, and he actually got it to me the next day. We now use Wade for all of our St. Louis appraisals. So if you are looking for a St. Louis appraiser, I would check him out. more
