St. John offers Climate Controled units, Regular units, and Outdoor Paved Parking. Rents are due on the first (1st) of every month. We have a grace period of 10 days, any payments received after the 10th of the month incur a $10 late fee and you will lose access to your belongings until payment is made in full. You must include your unit number with all payments to insure the right account is credited with payment.
