They have just built a beautiful new sanctuary that makes mass even better! The stained glass windows are lovely especially when the sun is hitting them just right and the light is filtering through on the congregation. The vaulted ceilings are wonderful when the choir is singing, adding just the right amount of resonance for solemnity. Services are seven days a week, with two days for confession.
A grotto just outside the chapel is a quiet place to pray and meditate. They also have a pavilion with basketball nets where locals go to throw a few hoops.
This church also holds an annual Bazaar which attracts all of Pearland with it's awesome food, entertaining games, and auction as well as raffle. Every year they give one lucky family a new car.
Their St Vincent de Paul Society also services the needy with a food pantry and contributions towards bills such as rent, electricity, medicine, etc.
