Confusion with paperwork 6/24/2004

I want to preface this by saying that St. Francis Memorial Hospital is a great hospital to go to. They were very helpful and efficient when I came in sick and didn't have a local doctor. However, the low rating is because of the confusion regarding my insurance. I remember giving them my insurance card to make a copy, but somehow it got lost or there was a miscommunication between the emergency room and the medical office because they kept sending me bills that insurance should have covered. They also got my address wrong even after I corrected the mistake. The mess lasted for several months and got to be quite a nuisance. more
