I strongly recommend that in any emergency situation that you never use or have to use the ER or Emergency facility at the penrose st francis location on woodman and powers. The staff where very unprofessional, we had an emergency, and we were treated as if we were troubling them by even being there, if I had wanted to wait to be seen we would have gone to a doctors office, the lady taking my wifes blood pressure was extremely rude and had a bad additude, treating my wife as if she wasnt concerned how she felt. what my wife was admitted for (back pain) didnt even begin to touch on the real emergency and why we were there. At one point another nurse named Felicity (extremely rude) stated that she's (my wife) isn't dying, which i might add they had no idea, this lady never even saw my wife, and the simple fact is, my wife was either having an allergic reaction to her previously perscribed meds or and accidental over dose, so yes in fact she could have been dying, never the less in jan 2010 we had a great experience with this hospial when our baby girl shelby was born and Dr. Clauss was fantastic, however do to the lack of respect, bed side manner, and simple professionalism from the emergency room staff we will never use this hospital again and highly recommend you dont either.
