This is one of the best private schools in the area. Since it IS a Catholic school the students all have to take RE (religious education.) You do have to apply here and pass tests...

This is one of the best private schools in the area. Since it IS a Catholic school the students all have to take RE (religious education.) You do have to apply here and pass tests to get in. They have very good sports programs, especially tennis. They are sort of associated with another private school Belermen, a school for boys. The girls often go to the Belermen dances since the boys over there are just boys. They offer a good summer school program, but it is expensice, $700. more

Great 7/10/2005

St. Francis High School has a very nice campus, but it is not as big as that of Mountain View High School. The academics are pretty good there, and the teachers are generally pretty hard and pretty young. The stadium is gigantic! Overall, it is a good school for Catholic students if you're willing to spend a few thousand dollars a year on your student. They actually have enough lockers for everybody here and HALLS!!! more

Catholic education included 7/9/2005

This is a Catholic private school to which students need to apply to and pass a series of tests. One of the things that it is known for is its outstanding sports program. The tennis team, the football team, are good places for students to get involved in. Since this is a Catholic school, there is an RE class (religious education.) This school builds strong minds, I have never seen a "stupid" St. Francis graduate. more

St. Francis is goood 6/18/2005

St. Francis is a good private high school. The campus is beautiful, and the stadium is huge. The academcs of the school are pretty good too--students from St. Francis get into slightly better schools than those who attend Mountain View and Los Altos High Schools. The classes at St. Francis are pretty challenging and sometimes the teachers are just too gosh darn hard! more
