St Croix Tan

I am writing this review under Delmar, but it is really about the Brunswick location. I have had some extremely bad spray tans where I have ended up streaked, with drips, and just a generally horrible experience. This is DEFINATELY NOT the case with St. Croix! The whole place is immaculate, clean, and with everything in all the right places. The beds are state of the art and so is the spray tan (VersaSpa) system. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy and the staff is very knowledgeable about everything and friendly at all times. When I was in today, I bought one spray tan and am getting my next one free! Also, the District Manager, Jillian was in the store and I could not imagine a more pleasant person to assist me.I highly recommend St. Croix. So here's a big thanks to Jillian, all the staff, and St. Croix Tan! more

I've tanned at a few different locations in the capital region & St. Croix is by far the best. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable about their services & products (especially Devin!) & the place is clean. I read the reviews describing John, the owner, & I've interacted with him on a few occasions & couldn't disagree more with what's been said. He was always kind & courteous, never pushy or rude. Tanning at St. Croix has always been an enjoyable experience for me & I'd recommend going there to anyone who is looking to achieve a nice tan :) more

I am a member at St Croix Tan and I would recommend it to anyone. Its a lot cheaper to tan there than anywhere else, but it's so much better.\r \r I can't say I've ever met the owner like the other poster, but I know Devin (the girl always behind the counter) and the other girls I've seen there are always very friendly and attentive. I know at the place I used to go in Latham, Sunsations, the girl was always watching TV and barely acknowledged me.\r \r St Croix Tan is a big step up in tanning! Yay St Croix Tan! Since my review below I have spoken to Vincent, the owner, and thank goodness he is a professional. He took care of my problem and was very courteous, respectful, and apologetic. You can tell he actually cares about his business and about giving good customer service. He also encouraged others who have had similar experiences to contact him. His number is listed below in response to a different review. \r \r The manager, John, will let you think you're purchasing one thing but sell you another. Went in seeking 1 month unlimited and was told it's not available...that the least I could purchase is 2 months...after a $40 membership fee. Long story short, it's actually 3 months minimum because you can't cancel before the first month and you have to give 30 days so there goes another month. Ridiculous. I will tell EVERYONE I know, and even those I don't, about this! \r I gave this a one-star rating because you have to in order to publish a review but believe me, it's not even worth one star. The owner of his place ""John"", is a terrible business man. If you have ever had the pleasure of trying to work with him, you would clearly see that he does NOT care about his customers. Insulting, rude, and very unprofessional. If you are considering tanning, take your money elsewhere, where it will be appreciated. Customers do NOT have to deal with owners like this. Time to stand up, and punish unprofessional people where it hurts, in the pocketbook. Cons: Owner is a con artist more
