I was pretty happy with the service from St. Cloud Collision. There were some rough spots on my van, it is a 13 year old vehicle, and it was pretty bad. I called to talk to them about the issues I had, and the fact that I wanted the stove and refrigerator in my van working again. I also wanted the inside cleaned really well. I got a good estimate from St. Cloud Collision, and they did a really good job on the vehicle. They warned me that they might break the windshield when they were trying to get out the rust, and it did break. However, my insurance covered it so it wasn't an issue. Everything was done on time, though we did have to wait for the windshield to be ordered. I was really pleased with how things went. My son and daughter-in-law had used St. Cloud Collision for a repair on their camper and had recommended them to me. I knew they could do the work on my vehicle. The shop was very clean. Even though I didn't use it, I know they have a website where you can see the work being done on your vehicle. I thought that was neat. more

I brought the car in to St Cloud Collision for an estimate. I turned in the claim and brought it in. They helped me get a rental car, which was really nice. We did have one little glitch with the claim. There was a mix up with the insurance and the collision center, so that when it came time for me to pick up the car they hadn't been able to start on it yet. I had to take additional days on my rental car. It was a little bit of a mixed communication, but it worked out in the end, so it didn't really matter. Both Mike and Curt are really nice, easy to get along with, and have good communication. The car turned out beautifully, which is the main thing. It was great service. They were thorough and professional. The shop is personable, and I enjoyed working with them. I would do it again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. more
