Have been going to St charles family medical center for close to 25 years. Have always recieved excellent service from the doctors there. How ever since turning 65 and going on Medicare it seems like the office staff there are no longer interested in my bussiness. It seems like now ; when I called in about a problem I was having with my percription drug insurance all I get is lip service and lies from thier office staff.
