My husband just bought me a beautiful 3stone anniversary band. We were both shocked when we were financed and with such great terms, too. We both suffered horribly in past divorces credit wise and have been hesitant about not being cash customers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. So, helpful in fact that they sold my husband a much bigger ring than I initially picked out. ;) Needless to say, I'm not complaining about sporting it on my finger. Unfortunately, a prong broke on my ring right after we bought it. We took it in and had it back within 3 days with no problems. I've been a customer of many jewelery stores, some of the much more high end in the past and was never treated as well as I have been here. Highly recommended. more

i resently went looking for that perfect ring not for any special reason just because i deserved it .. i went to serval stores in the fairfield mall and did not find what i was looking for till i came across saint andrews.... the staff was very knowledgable and very friendly and treated me like a millon bucks though i didnt spend that... i found that perfect custome ring i was looking for and am very happy .... a life long customer in deed..... more

I am astounded at reading even 1 bad review on St Andrews! They are the best Jewelry store I have ever been too. They will finance basically anyone, just based on trusting the customer. They give great deals you will not find ANYWHERE else and the service is great. I have been going there for many years now, and have never had a problem. When I had financing thru them, they worked with me and understood when I couldn't make a payment for a month or 2 or had to make less than the minimum. They are truly the best jewelers. I refer everyone I know to them!!!! To the person that got yelled at for talking on the phone in the store, did anyone ever tell you its not polite to do that anyways? you step outside the store, especially a small store like that to make your private calls! Get some manners! more

I am shocked to see a poor review with such allegations towards this store. I have never had a "horrible" experience at Saint Andrews Jewelers. I have however been a customer for a number of years. I rarely go in to pay as I have everything dealt directly with my bank; regardless of this, the management and owner know me by name everytime I walk in. For someone to suggest that anyone in this store is racist is a very strong thing to say and should not be taken lightly. Having said that I must add that when my bi-racial son and I walk in everyone treats us just the same as they always have with respect and great customer service. more

I love this store. I also like that they have sales during Christmas time at 70% off. My husband purchased both his and my wedding bands and engagement rings there. I love he ring. I love that they give you 100% credit for up sizing a diamond. They are always friendly and accommodating. more

I had a lovely experience with the friendly people at St. Andrews. I was looking for a pair of stud earrings with either rubies, emeralds, or sapphires, for a birthday present for myself. The staff were courteous and helpful and there was a complete absence of pushy sales talk. They also did great follow up when I had the earrings sent out to have screw-backs put on, and then later when I lost one screw-back, they sent it back to the shop without charging me. I am quite happy with their jewelry selection, which changes frequently for good variety, and with their jewelry quality and prices. more
