Brian replaced both pop ups in the master bath and cleaned out all gunk that was in pipes and repaired/replaced pipes. This home was purchased in June 2017 and the previous owners did minimal to no work to maintain anything while they lived here. He has had one issue after the next since he moved in, so I wanted to surprise the him with new pop ups. My intention was to be at the house when this service was completed, but we had to reschedule 2 times because afternoon appointments are hit and miss depending on the earlier appointments going as scheduled and not running over. The pop ups look great and Brian was able to fix the pipes underneath as well (very appreciative of that)
We then had a problem with the master toilet and it seemed to coincide with getting the pop ups replaced. I, by no means, thought that the plumber threw anything down the toilet and if the homeowner stated otherwise, I apologize. I also understand that Brian has been doing this for 25yrs and did not appreciate the accusation that was or was not made and it was reflected in his customer service upon arrival to help fix the master toilet. If I need to compensate Brian for his time I would be happy to do so. I was not present during either service, but from the sounds of it the homeowner wasn't the nicest to deal with either. I work in customer service and understand that it is not always easy to take the $@!#% that people spew.
At the end of the day, the problem was resolved - regardless of fault, no fault and tension between homeowner and technician - Brian did his job and continued to do his job under this pressure and that is what matters the most in any review.
