I came across this website by accident, and was totally shocked to read the one review! My husband and I have been patients of Westtown Valley for almost 25 years, The reason for this? EVERYONE involved with the practice is caring, compassionate, thoughtful, dedicated and professional. We have recommended all the doctors to friends and they have been extremely pleased, as we are. The review I read sounds more like a vendetta than a review and should be ignored!\r Maggie M. more

Most Horrible Practice in West Chester, Pa. 1/31/2012

Be Ware! Be ware! This is the most horrible practice I have ever known. Don't ever expect to to talk to anyone in any phone call you make. The front desk is ""horrible"", THEY WILL ONLY HAVE A BITCH answer the phone! I won't name names. but being the wife of a doctor myself, this practice is dispicable and has the bitch @ the front phone and she is the doctors wife.....OMG steer CLEAR of this so called practice! They don't give a crap one way or the other.......ur just flesh. more
