Definitely not anti-birth control 5/1/2009

No disrespect to the previous poster, but Dr. McWilliams is NOT anti-birth control. I have had him for over 10 years and actually went through more than one type of birth control with his guidance until I found one that worked for me. Not saying that he didn't tell her "no" but there have been something else going on. He is NOT anti-Birth control at all. Can't speak on the hormonal issues but he is definitely not anti-b/c. more

Had to leave 5/1/2009

I went Dr. McWilliams 4 times before I got my PCP to change my gynecologist to someone who was better suited for me. I have endometriosis. He was willing to do a C&D (outpatient surgery) on me before he would *consider* (his words, not mine) giving me hormones to control my problem. He gave off the impression that he was very anti-birth control. The long and short of it is, his staff is great, but if you're going in with hormonal issues, Dr. McWilliams is probably not the gynecologist for you. more

Friendly 6/28/2007

Dr. McWilliams is who my insurance sent me to. He's been a pleasure, even finding ways to help with my endometriosis. However, he does seem to not believe in hormones or menstrual related mood swings. Still, he is a doctor I would recommend. more

GREAT DOCTOR!!! 6/30/2006

I can't say enough good things about him! I won't let anyone else even come near me. ha ha. He has been my doctor before I was married and afterwards through two children. I don't know what I will do when he retires! Great, caring doctor with a wonderful staff! more

Many years experience 4/17/2006

Dr. McWilliams has been in the business for over 40 years and is very professional and personable. I have been going to him for years and he delivered my son and was just wonderful. His office staff and nurses are so friendly and helpful with any questions. Pregnancy, especially your first will drive you crazy with questions and concerns. I hope he doesn't retired before my next one is born. more

Experience 9/12/2005

Dr. McWilliams has been in the business of women's health for like 30 years. He is extremely professional and I have had nothing but good experiences with him. His staff is always very helpful with any questions and I trust him to deliver my children and value his expertise in women's health. more
