My husband had this fabulous 50s sectional sofa he inherited from his grandparents. It was originally used in a beach house, and had been through several hurricanes, so we decided to have it recovered. When we got it back from Spruce, we knew we made the right decision- the construction of the fabric was extremely well done. We chose a fabric with a linear texture, and there is no hint of creeping or misalignment in any of the seams. We couldn't be happier! Spruce is an understatement in a way, while such a cute name, in that they go all out to make your furniture even more special after you pick it up than when you dropped it off. It's not just flair and special touches, it's an over-haul, and a beautiful one at that. I was really excited and overwhelmed when I picked up my great-grandmother's chair and it looked brand new, yet retained it's sense of antiquity and personality. Spruce had not only made it look beautiful, they had also found 3 layers of upholstery under the top coat, and cut samples for me to have as a memory.
