I contacted this Sprint store concerning a phone that I had purchased from them about a month ago. When I wanted to talk to the manager about returning the phone and upgrading to Blackberry Pearl, the manager said she would be able to do it because I was over my 30 days by one day. Although the only reason she knew this was because I told her that. She never bothered to ask me my name or my account # to assist me. I finally got my Blackberry but not from this store, from customer service directly. This store has horrible customer service. If this is how their managers act I wonder how they train their associates. Don't go there.
