Sprint SUCKS! 11/10/2005

I get roaming charges IN MY HOUSE! I just received 8 messages in my voicemail starting from 2 WEEKS ago! I have dropped calls left and right, their customer service reps don't speak English and I'm STUCk in a contract! I DO NOT recommend Sprint! PROS: NOTHING! CONS: EVERYTHING! more

Sprint is awesome! 6/18/2005

I've had a few cell phone services but Sprint is by far the best. They always give me awesome service, my bills are reasonable, and they fix my phone at usually no charge. The only complaint I have is the phone I purchased is pretty cheap - it falls apart a lot and I have had to replace is at least 3 times. The plans are great though - especially if you REALLY compare them to other plans. They have free nights and weekends, etc. and the entire staff (nationwide) is very helpful. more
