Long wait times (in excess of an hour) most of the demo models don't work or are not charged. Got a samsung S5 and was told i can get a samsung tablet for free. 3 weeks later got my bill and the tablet cost $75 in activation fees and more. Tried to return it and they would not take it back. (can only return within two weeks) Trying to get this resolved on line now and its taken me 3 phone calls lasting an hour or more. \r The staff at the store did absolutely nothiing try to resolve this in store and all they could say was that they won't take the tablet back. \r Have been a long time customer of sprint but ready to jump ship over this.\r it""s a matter of principal now... more

The service wasn't that great, along with the prices. The male swaglett that handled my purchase acted like he was a baller and the greatest thing to happen to me when it came to customer service. I've been waiting for my rebate on my purchase for 6 months. Thanks Sprint! more
