Unfortunately I have a contract with this company. When I was shopping for deals they had the best but I guess some things are to good to be true. I have had more trouble with my phone service than I have ever had. They have changed around the billing system so the employees can't even understand it. My phone has been shut off before I even received a bill and I have had to pay almost $400 in the last month just to keep it on. I visited the Sprint Store after having no luck when I called their customer service line. Upon entering the store I had to wait forever in line because there were so many people having trouble similar to mine. The employee that attempted to help me couldn't understand what my complaint was about since I actually paid to have my phone service restored, it was on so what's the problem. Finally a manager was called over and after reviewing my bill several times I was credited $74.00. Needless to say that really didn't make up for my time and trouble since I have to
