I would not go back to this store to get a cell phone even if they were giving them away for free. The employees here are nice to you if they think you are purchasing a new plan ...

Sprint...away as fast as you can 6/13/2005

I would not go back to this store to get a cell phone even if they were giving them away for free. The employees here are nice to you if they think you are purchasing a new plan but if you need help or have a question after you've signed up they couldn't care less. These employees need reminded that the customers, new and old, are what pays their salaries. I can not wait for my contract to be up. more

Sprint 5/11/2005

This is one of the most annoying and irritating stores I have ever been in. It's set up where there is not a good way to determine who comes in the store first therefore causing confusion when it's time to wait on customers. I've been there twice this month and they've waited on people who came in after me first. If I wasn't locked into a two year contract with them I would take my cellular phone business elsewhere. more
