Terrible 10/11/2011

This store is always busy, so be prepared to wait a good hour or two prior to visiting. I had a technical phone malfunction and went in to get it repaired. After waiting 30 minutes in store, a rep told me it would take about an hour and a half for the tech team to fix it. I left, came back and my phone STILL had the same problem. They were about to make me wait yet again not five minutes after I left after picking up my phone, but I refused and a rep told me they would send me a new phone to my adress. more
