What happened to this store. In the past 6 months I got the worst customer service ever. Justin and his crew were the best out of any store I visited in Wi, In and Il They were fast, smart, professional and great to work with. Ever since he left no one there cares to help you out. The staff just stands around. No one says hi or hello anymore, no one knows anything, I get rude service or just told to call there customer service line if I need help. I been in there 4 times in 6 months and I received the same rude service every time. I will no longer will be back there again or with sprint. They lost 60 phones because no one cares. more

Ok 6/8/2005

My husband and I both have a SPRINT pcs phone. Where we live I sometimes have a hard time getting reception - but otherwise we have had okay business with them. We needed a big package because my husband works out of town and we were able to find that with sprint. Any questions you have though, expect to be on the phone on hold for awhile - its hard getting to talk to a "real" person. more
