I went in the store to find out what to do about me moving out of a service area. After speaking to two different customer service representatives I finally was told that my only choice was to cancel my contract. I was under a two year contract at the time but was informed I wouldn't be charged early cancellation fees because Sprint couldn't service my new address. Low and be hold, my final bill had early cancelation fees on it. Obviously, I called the store and informed them of the situation. I then had to continue this process for two more billing cycles before it was finally resolved.
