When the tough times come, this manager gets going 7/9/2009

I recently bought 2 clock radios that docked iphones. I explained to the salesperson that I needed them by our bedsides so we would could dock and charge our phones, and have use of a phone during the night I bought one for $99 and one for $129 and was told they were basically the same, but the $129 was just an upgrade. Much to our dismay, only the $99 one allowed phone to ring when docked. Thinking it may be because I had the older version of iphone, I got the newest iphone and tried again, but same problem. I brought it back to store today w/ my receipt, and their asst mgr (did you know there are NO store Managers?) Pros: TStaff is helpful and friendly and professional Cons: this manager has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS more
