Sprint Store

Terrible store, total rip-off. They just want to get you in a contract. they said my bill would be 170.00. the first bill was 300.00! the second bill three weeks later was 250.00 they said my activation fees were waived. they where till my second bill. I went back to the store and was told sorry we cannot help you call our 800 number. i call the number and they say sorry we won't help you go back to the store you got your service at. more

This store is a horrible place to go they have men working there who try to make sales by flirting, sorry but an old man or young man isn't going to sell me a phone by telling me how good i look. Also the customer service with the females were horrible as well.I will never go to this store again and i would not even buy a phone from this store since they work on comission and none of these people should be making money off of us, go to a different store if you want a sprint phone this store is all about getting comission and they will sell you the phone that they make the most in comissions on even if the phone is a POS. I found this out the hard way because even though i did research on the phones i was talked into buying one that they said was a great phone but i took it back 3 times in the first month because it was freezing and all they did was reset it which did not do a thing and after the 30 days i was locked in their contract however i canceled service after only having it for two months because the store in Silverdale Washington (the store that is not in the mall) was so awfull and the customer service by phone was even worse except they didn't make me feel sexually harrassed Pros: null Cons: null more

This was by far THE WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I drove 2 hours to the clostest sprint store because my 7 week old phone is having severe mechanical issues even after I tried to have the phone replaced when the issue first surfaced after owning the phone for 3 weeks and taking it back to this store as it was the original place of purchase. Not only did they offer me no solution other than giving me a used phone or purchasing another 500 dollar phone after having the item for 7 weeks but the sales woman who was reportedly the manager of the store yelled at me, told me i was a liar in front of about 8 other patrons in the store! She was rude, combative and condescending from the minute I approached the counter. She was dead set on NOT helping me the minute I opened my mouth. Short of using profanity towards me she verbally abused me in public and refused to even listen to my story. I have already made a complaint against her as well as the store for this S*&T show! I will be leaving sprint and moving to Verizon as soon as humanly possible. BTW, I have been a dependable Sprint customer for 9 years. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
