Sprint is an okay service to have, but their customer service is by no means impeccable. 50% of the time that I walk into the store, the CSR's are too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge that I entered the store. Then they ask how can they help me, and when all I say is I am here to pay the bill, they all turn away....obviously having hoped to make a sale. I keep this service because I am tied to a two year agreement, and that is the only reason.
