I spent the first 2 weeks of my new service with sprint calling their phone support. After not getting my problems resolved, a friend mentioned visiting the corprate sprint store where they have in house tech support.
I walked in, and walked out 10 mins later happy.
They also offer a quick pay service where you can pay your bill with the swipe of a credit card on an automated machine.
The only downside is they close at 7. Its hard for me to leave work at 6 and get there before it closes. I just have to visit them on the weekend.
PROS: Fast and efficient service - in house tech support
CONS: closes early
