I called this store twice in 10 mins. 1st time while explaining my call they hung up on me, a mistake, or dropped call? maybe, so i called a 2nd time, I asked a question about a phone order, the girl answered 'No' and before I could reply, she hung up, Just 'No' then click. Huum, maybe it was not a mistake, or dropped call after all the 1st time. I will never know as I will not be calling them again, ever. more

Beware of Sprint Store 5/9/2012

I"m hearing information from employees of the Sprint store that employees are using fake social security numbers and fake driver license numbers to qualify people for cell phone plans. Makes me wonder what they'd do with my information if I do business there. I personally would not take the chance - plus I don't do business with people that break the law. Sprint has good products, but in my opinion this is not the store to go to for service. Pros: null Cons: null more

Good but could be better 7/24/2005

I visited 2 Sprint stores in one day and neither one of them were able to help me. Most of the staff was friendly however the organization isnt there. Come on now, who wants to walk into a cell phone place willing to hand over money only to be put on a waiting list so that someone can tell you they dont have what you need! more
