I don't usually do this but I am MAD so I am going to vent. I spoke with Julian at the Madison,TN sprint store on the 16th.He told me to be there at 7 am and I could get the iphone 5 with no wait. I arrive at 6:45. He arrived at 7:30. ignored my calls. They only had 20 in the store so they sold out. He then tells me if I get a $50. gift card I can come back today when the phones arrive and get mine. Obviously, I have to work tonight so I called about 11 am and asked if they were in, he said not yet. I just called and asked another employee at that store and this guy tells me the truth. ""It could be a month before we get anymore"". Not only did two store employees lie to me about the shipment coming today, I found out that buying the gift card to ""Hold"" it was BS and guess what! ,The gift cards are only good at certain stores (the madison store being the only one in this area, imagine that). I am guessing that the girl made commission off of the 20-30 cards she sold this morning. Lying about that being the only way to get a phone today.
