Customer Service Untrained 7/21/2005

I have felt that the customer service representatives at this location are untrained and uninterested in helping. They do not approach customers for assistance, you have to get their attention. They also do not fully understand all of the options for sales & service. I felt like I knew more about them, then the reps did. Conv. hours & easy parking. Nice location near shopping & interstate. more
