Does One Bad Apple Store Spoil The Bunch? 10/26/2011

Horrible experience! I walked in and within 2 minutes had the product I wanted in hand. I waited 20 minutes before an employee would recognize me, say hello, or make eye contact. There were over 15 employees on duty today!! I was near three employees for over 10 minutes, then one starts helping someone who just came in. I was very frustrated! The employee who finally say me with my credit card out deserves some kind works, because he got an earful about the store. My recommendations for using the Apple Store: 1. Take a lunch and a chair (semi-kidding). Get what you want then hold your credit card in the air and wave it around, loudly stating ""Who will take my money?"" . 3. If its not urgent, but it online. Yuck! more
