bad cell phone service 4/11/2006

Hopefully Sprint has changed its service and customer service within 6 months. I've had this cell phone for the past 6 years and the reason why I kept the plan was because it was a govt. one and it was so cheap. However, I never was able to get reception in buildings. When i called customer service, they always wanted me to renew my contract. One time they did it without letting me know. I was so upset, I ended up canceling and had to go through some many loops to cancel. more

Sprint is running at a slow pace! 4/1/2006

I patience with the Sprint service is running real low. At first when I first got my phone it was great and everything, but things changed. They charged me for $500 on a bill, which they messed up on. I went there today and they said that I can't get a new phone, until the bill is cleared. I have nothing else to say about their problems charging people REDICULOUS charges. more

I am not sure if all Sprint stores operate the same way as this one. The service is REALLY slow. First you walk in, you have to sign-in (a new procedure that didn't exist when I first signed up with Sprint wireless), and then you wait to be called. The staff there doesn't seem to be very competent or. One time I had to wait in line for over an hour just to find out that they can't do it for me and I need to call the customer service from my cell phone. more
