Unusually great service 6/7/2005

We were pleasantly surprised at the great service we received when purchasing new phones and service. They did extra things during the experience that they didn't have to do in order to make us happy. We felt valued and will definitely stay with Sprint after trying 3 other companies in the past years. This is the best so far! more
