I've been a Sprint Employee, and have been to the Store on the Campus at Overland Park several times. So I dread going to the Sprint store in general. But this one has been a pleasant surprise. My almost-one-year-old phone (Moto Q) suddenly died on me. I was aware that warranty is offered by Motorola, so I made an RAM request and got it.\r

But since it'd mean I would not have a phone for 2 weeks, I took it to this store. \r

On a sidenote here : (1) Yes, the store is crowded, and they call you in the order you come, like a Doctor's office, but you can call ahead and take an appointment. (2) The parking issue has been solved. They have reserved a bunch of spots around for Sprint exclusive.\r

A lady told me, they probably won't be able to repair it, but would replace it for $55 (current price of the phone). I left the phone there and said I'd check next day. Next day, I called in, and was told they couldn't fix it, but to come in and meet the manager at 6.\r
