LOUSY SERVICE 9/30/2010

Sprint is the leader in poor customer service. They make it aware that you will pay penalties every time you sign up for something. Sprint doesn't make money from your monthly bills but rather from your paying penalties for canceling poor service. The service staff is quick to say they can't help you. I believe they have this all planned out. I'm paying the cancellation fee and switching. I warn all others NOT to go with Sprint. more

Call System needs work 4/15/2009

I don't know what's worse, calling these guys, hearing 5 minutes of ads before being put on hold OR to be told no one is able to answer and then you get to repeat the whole thing. Come on, sprint. Cons: Hard to get through more
