I have never experienced such dishonesty! We were purchasing two new cell phones and I wanted silver instead of green. The sales person assured me that silver phones would become available and I could exchange my phone. They never became available and in fact, the manager said my 14 days expired so, too bad.
Now, again we have purchased a third phone and when we asked why we were misled with our previous purchase, our sales person told us that they always lie so they can make a sale. This from a Sprint employee!
We have had few issues with Sprint nationally, but on a local level, I rate them on the LOWEST level professionally and ethically!
