Poor customer service 5/23/2011

There is an associate Melissa who works there who was very rude and condescending to my boyfriend and myself as well as the associate that was helping us at the time. When our girl was not able to log into the screen she needed to assist us, she asked Melissa for help. Melissa turned around and I kid you not, yelled "I'm not even thinking about that right now!" We were horrified and the girl helping us looked mortified. Needless to say, we left and decided to renew our contracts with Verizon Wireless. more
