I HATE Sprint. When we moved to Everett, our cell service quit working at our house - I was dropping calls left and right and never able to get good reception. After numerous frustrating experiences with their "customer service" department - I got passed up the ladder until I finally reached consumer affairs, who was able to help me by terminating my service and waiving the early-termination fee. (Since they were not able to hold up their end of the deal by providing service.)
I am now with T-Mobile and couldn't be happier.
