HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DON'T HONOR WHAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. Been a faithful Sprint Customer for 12 years. Own companies in different countries, travel the world, had important overseas trip coming up, Sprint store in Murfreesboro gladly wanted to replace my crappy blackberry tour as I purchased the brand new blackberry and it had to shipped and wasn't going to make it in time. According to Blackberry Official Techs, the Tour's biggest downfall was that the rollerball is NOT fixable, it is automatic replacement, hence why they quit making it. I decided to suck it up for few days, but had unexpected international business, will not be able to pick up my new blackberry, so went to nearest Sprint store which was the Absolute Wireless on West End, they not only made me feel like a piece of crap, they refused to honor my replacement contract which I have faithfully paid for for 12 years, told me they would replace the ball, which Blackberry themselves said should not be done, then pretty much the ""service girl"" copped an attitude and said, ""Oh well, do what you have to do"" on my way out the door. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I WILL be filing a formal complaint to Sprint Corporation, I'M THE CUSTOMER....It is well worth the drive to Murfreesboro to deal with Sprint....they will jump through hoops to make sure the customer is right and satisfied.....Trust me, they won't argue with you a bit. Not wonder they are opening brand new stores everywhere...Murfreesboro Sprint is the ONLY way to go!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ABSOLUTE WIRELESS IN NASHVILLE!!! They spend too much money on decorating their (eck!) ""high class"" store, and they should be spending their money on satisfying lifelong Sprint Customers. Is a disgrace to the franchise.
