Springhouse At Newport

I enjoyed my year living at spring-house before I bought my home. They were always helpful and accommodating in the office. My apt was very reasonably priced and I even got a discount for being a teacher. They are pet friendly, I think smaller pets but not sure, and the pool was very nice in the summer. The tennis court needed a little upkeep but I played on it anyways and didn't have too much trouble. I lived in the back where it's really quiet so I highly recommend spring house for all that plus the awesome location. more

So much so, that I wish they had shirts with their logo that I could wear around. My husband and I are newleyweds and got our apartment about 4 months ago. Since we got it in the winter season there were many specials and we got a great deal! The apartments are small but cozy and they are renovating them all, so many have new carpet and brand new stainless steal appliances. We have a washer and dryer at no extra cost in our apartment. Maintenance is very quick to any request that you have and you can almost always catch one of them driving by. The landscaping is abolutely incredible. I love driving into the entryway of the property and seeing the pond with the fountain and the sprinklers watering all of the flowers. It truly has a wonderful community feel. People walking there dogs and smiling, everyone is so friendly. And the office people have a real genuine care for you and your happiness. I would recommend Spring House Apartments to anybody! I love it here! more
