Our Uncle, Julius Deber, passed away at Singing Woods on February 7, 2007. We received no calls or condolence messages from the management of Singing Woods. While the direct care staff did a good job, the management staff, especially the executive director, performed below average, and lacked compassion. We were surprised and hurt by their lack of compassion, and the national corporate office should be aware of the poor behavior of management staff at Singing Woods of Dayton, Ohio in Englewood, Ohio.
