One star for the Doctor, he is great. The staff however is completely incompetent. Why a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Patel would put the people that work in his office in charge of his business I have no idea. I was warned before I went to see him and should have listened. He is great but, not worth the headaches with the staff. more

#1 IN MY BOOK! 3/30/2008

After 4 grueling weeks, 3 trips to the pediatrician, 1 to an optometrist and 2 visits to the emergency room with a very sick 9 year old daughter, Dr. Patel properly diagnosed her within a few minutes of our visit. Dr. Patel then went above and beyond to see to it that she was taken care of that very day by scheduling the necessary tests and procedure to help her begin her recovery. I am forever grateful to Dr. Patel and would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff for their outstanding services. Thanks to you all! more

Very pleasant visit! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The doctors were very kind and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with brochures and websites for further information. Pros: quality, service, professional more
