I made a reservation for Spring Hill Suites in Denver. Then had to cancel due to an injury. I cancelled 20 days ahead of the planned trip and they would not return my deposit of 200$. They just made a free 200 bucks at my families expense. Their cancellation policy was April 1st for a June 29th arrival. Ridiculous. Beware! Read the fine print so your family doesn't lose money it cant afford to lose. more
