Springfield's Incredible Pizza Company seems like a great idea; you know, Chuckie Cheese on Steroids, but it really isn't the whole deal. I have been in this establishment many times as a customer and always had a suspicious feeling about how employees were treated. The managers always seemed to be doing nothing and the hardworking "lower" employees were always picking up the slack in bussing tables, refilling the salad and pizza bar, and filling the ice/beverage station. If this place is the greatest kids place on earth, why the harsh treatment of there so-called "team players"?? Why are they not promoted for their hard work? Of course, the employees and managers mirror the owners of the company. If they aren't treated with respect from up top, how can the managers treat the "lower" employees better? Solution: don't keep bringing your business back to companies that clearly don't show respect where it is deserved; the hard-working employees who keep the ship running.
