Great Taxi Company 7/7/2011

I am in town doing some sight seeing in DC. I was in need of a taxi to get to and from the hotel to the metro, so I went on-line to look for a good local company. I was hesistant in calling this company because of some of the reviews, but I have to say I have received good service.\r \r I notcied most of the bad reviews are a few years old, so they must have made some changes. Anyway I have needed a cab to go from my hotel in Lorton to the Springfield Metro everyday since Sunday. I have always called the night before and the cabs have arrived on time. The drivers seem professional and the cab was clean. \r \r Tomorrow's our last day, and we will probably use Springfield Yellow Cab to get us to the airport. Based on our experience I would recommend them to anyone in the area needing a cab. more

The worst cab company in the DC area!!!!! Incredibly RUDE driver, pissed at traffic and didn't want to take me to DC from VA because there was a storm and lights were out but didn't tell me until there was no way for me to switch cabs. Wouldn't help me with my luggage when he dropped me off. I asked a few questions and he refused to answer me. I told him I also had to return to VA in my car and that he shouldn't take his anger out on his passengers. He didn't answer me just drove off. Would never ever use them again. more

Yellow Cab 11/5/2007

This cab company is the worst that I have ever called.\r I called for a cab, it came, but when I asked to step out to get service on my phone ( friend was calling to see make sure cab arrived), the cab driver left me. I then called back with an attitude because my phone was dying, and the male on the phone just kept asking me questions, when all I wanted was a new cab to come. He then hung up on me because I had an "attitude". Your damn right I'm going to have an attitude if your company's cab left me outside in the cold!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAB COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!! && I WISH THAT PERSON WOULD DISRESPECT ME IN PERSON, WE WOULD HAVE HAD PROBLEMS....PERIOD. more
