Customer Service - Chad - excellent 3/31/2014

Chad assisted me in customer service. I was leary of the help I would receive as I did not buy from Springfield. Chad went above & beyond to assist me with my repair and guided me in how to get information on my tire/wheel insurance. Chad receives a 10 for his customer service skills. And would return to Springifeld in the future without a second thought. Thank you Chad. more

Good for basics 3/25/2014

No issues with a normal inspection, but I was told by 2 dealership employees that Hyundai never made a suspension adjustment part, which I know for a fact (both from friends who received the part with their new vehicles, and from ordering the OEM part online) that Hyundai did/does make. Not where you should go if you plan on doing any advanced adjustments to your vehicle. more

3 months after you purchase your vehicle, they will start begging you to trade it in. Trust me when I say, no amount of threatening or begging will get you off their email, mail or telemarketing lists. Service is ok but they often advise unneeded service or at least far earlier than the recommended due date. I like Hyundai products but will never buy another because of this dealer. more

Great from beginning to End 3/10/2014

From the beginning that is purchasing our Hyundai's (wife and I) Springfield Hyundai has a great sales staff, they work with you as to what model of car you are looking for. There is no pressure and they work quickly to take care of the paper work that goes with purchasing car. Their auto maintenance department is also a big plus. They keep your car in perfect running condition and the work is done right the first time. This is our fourth Hyundai, and there is only one dealer that we would do business with and that is Springfield Hyundai. So, you see from beginning to end it's a great experience. more

Professional and courteous 3/3/2014

I've never dealt with dealerships before. I always got the impression they were finding phantom things wrong and over charging. Since the first time I dealt with Springfield Hyundai with the sales team, and up until now in dealing with the service team. They have been nothing but professional, courteous, and fair. more

Friendly, supe efficient and very reasonable price. 2/21/2014

I took my car in for maintenance service and State inspection at mid afternoon, expecting to pick it up late the next day. Instead, they completed the work in two hours, they phoned me and I was able to pick it up the same day! Great service, very efficient personnel and a very good price! more
