Springfield Ford

I am a long term customer who has purchased and leased 4 vehicles from Springfield Ford Lincoln over the last 6 years. I can only tell you that every experience has been an outstanding one from price to selection to vehicle operation. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with even after the purchase of the vehicle. I love that they are open seven days a week to sell parts or service my vehicles. :) more

I've been to a lot of car dealers over the years but for the past 4 years I wouldn't even consider another dealership. I originally emailed the dealer for a price quote and I got a call back from John Gatto. This was my first time using the Internet to try and buy a car. I won't bore you with the details but not only did I get a fantastic deal on the car but the paperwork, financing and demonstration of my focus was completed at a level I've never experienced before. I've since been back several times and just last year leased an new Lincoln for my wife. The service has never let me down. The people there are professional and courteous (though I don't know them by name they always seem to remember me) and there are a lot of nice little accommodations there like wifi, coffee and a nice sitting area while I'm waiting for an oil change. I shouldn't forget to say that Ford also makes a great product. We are very happy with our two Ford cars. more

A nice place to deal with. Sales folks were great and it didn't take all day to get the paperwork done. I service my car there also. It's nice they are open Sunday for service. Will deal with again for sure!!! more

My wife and I went to look at new 2011 Ford Edge. The salesperson and sales manager we rude and extremely unprofessional. They were pressuring me to buy today and were speaking poorly about their other Ford competitors in the area- EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager, Steve, even told me the Pacifico Ford was going out of business which was totally a lie! He is a real creep. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! I ended up going to another local dealer and they were great and couldn't have been more courteous to us. more

I bought a new Ford from them. Part of their deal is that they throw in the first couple of scheduled maintenance (oil changes) for free. After the free trips ran out I have been going to oil change places because the service department is not speedy. They do not even put on a show that they care about completing the work on your car in anything like a timely manner. The work was always done correctly and well, just not quickly. more
